Wonderful, Stephanie. I'm a long time ZDogg watcher and community member - from his medicine, to his awakening and integrative approach to peace and humanity - through present moment awareness principles from Eckhart Tolle, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Tich Na Han, Tara Brach, and many others. You bring so much to the conversation about truth and consciousness and I'll be listening multiple times. I'm teaching and writing about the same challenges felt by all Americans and western empire dwellers, through our pervasive societal and individual cognitive dissonance. Only our present moment awareness and attention can break through the illusions, biases, and the terrible pain of attempting to live in the resulting crushing confusion and endless grief.
The human race's survival depends upon our individual collective actions and consciousnesses for awakening. Thus, in my study, I've expanded Dr. Ramani Durvasula's "It's Not You" - detailing the identification and recovery from Narcissistic Abuse - to what we're all feeling through today's societal sickness and group ego-centered suffering. Additionally, I focus upon integrating the work on our lack of "free will," from Dr. Robert Sapolsky and have shared correspondence with him.
